Guidelines for professional engagement, service delivery, and participation in Cybnix training programs.

1. Service Agreement

By engaging with Cybnix Infotech Solutions for cybersecurity or software development services, you agree to the scope of work defined in your specific Service Level Agreement (SLA). All digital assets provided by the client remain their property, and all new intellectual property created by Cybnix is subject to the terms of your contract.

2. Training & Certification

Participation in Cybnix training programs is subject to the following:

  • Course fees must be settled according to the payment schedule.
  • Ethical conduct is mandatory; cybersecurity skills must never be used for illegal activities.
  • Certificate issuance is based on performance, attendance, and evaluation criteria.

3. Ethical Conduct & Usage

Cybnix reserves the right to terminate access to training or services if a user is found attempting to misuse tools or knowledge for malicious purposes. We strictly adhere to a "White Hat" philosophy and expect all our clients and students to do the same.

4. Limitation of Liability

While Cybnix employs industry-leading practices to protect client systems, cybersecurity is an ever-evolving field. We are not liable for breaches occurring outside the scope of our managed security services or due to factors beyond our direct control.

5. Modifications

Cybnix Infotech Solutions reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
